Established in 2004 Oritor Services has a core team of professionals with background in Telecommunictions, IT, Contact Centre and Software Development.

Headed up by two seasoned professionals in Ron Griffiths and Steve Thomas this customer focussed team consistently deliver beyond client’s expectations through having a structured, flexible approach to the way we do business.

With over 30 years experience in the technology industry, including operational, development, deployment and sales and marketing the team has established the required skills to link commercial business requirements with the correct technology solutions to support them.

A telephone banking application using IVR technology integrated to their contact centre, whereby customers could perform a full range of touchtone based baking transactions, check balances, transfer funds, order check books etc.

DVLA

Telephone based application for vehicle taxation - Delivery of IT infrastructure to IL3 to support the contact centre refresh project, utilising VMware, Active Directory network, Tomcat, SQL and a variety of platforms, Windows and Linux based applications. The overall solution will be PSN accredited once complete.

The Fundraising Company

Delivery of new contact centre in their Berlin facility to enable an outbound calling solution for fundraising activity.

Back office integration project for the contact centre.

Pan European application development with associated IVR integration.
