  FRC has multiple sites around Europe and is currently in the process of moving to a Wicom based Outbound VoIP call centre. FRC Berlin is the first site to have the software installed and configured by Oritor Services, a UK reseller and deployment partner of Wicom

  Oritor Services work closely with DVLA on a consultancy basis around voice application development and design. Oritor Services are able to offer application design skills around the emerging AVAYA Voice Portal system as DVLA look to move to the latest platforms from AVAYA.
